Refunds and Returns
What is your return policy?
We can only offer a 100% refund for defective or poor quality orders. We are a custom print shop and our shirts are made-to-order. Therefore, if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit; this is unfortunately not grounds for a return. Once a return has been requested we will require you to send us via email of a picture in order to determine if it qualifies for a return or exchange.
Please be sure to thoroughly check our sizing chart provided before processing an order.
If you have ordered a shirt for a special event and it has not been delivered in time for your event. This is also not ground for a return. We custom print our shirts in sequence of when the orders are received. This means that during high volume seasons it can sometimes take up to a 5 days before your order has been printed and sent out for delivery. Please ensure that you have ordered your shirt with enough time for it to arrive for any special event.
For a more detailed return policy or more information please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide you with your options as well as the address to which your items should be returned. Upon receipt, Don't Give a Shirt will refund your purchase.
